DON’T GIVE TO CHURCH YET… Part II

Our Guest Minister today has not finished sharing on the revelation on the matter on giving to church. So, I vacate my podium so that he shares with us the truth of God’s word. Today he digs deeper on the subject my showing us the kind of money we must not give in church. Good Morning Friends,

I’ld like to today by first stating categorically that, if you are a member of a Local assembly or church, with needs and projects to be met and you are NEVER led to give even when you have, it’s a sign of being stingy and ungrateful for Gods kindness towards you, especially if you have to give.

If you don’t have to give do not borrow to give, or make vows unnecessarily, recently people have been asked to write in little papers and redeem it later, please make up your mind what to give and give when you have it handy

2 corinthians 8:12TLB

‘If you are really eager to give, then it isn’t important how much you have to give. God wants you to GIVE WHAT YOU HAVE, NOT WHAT YOU HAVEN’T’

Listen, there is no special blessing for the man who gives first, therefore, I have not said don’t give to church, I have only said don’t give yet, particularly if the money you have at hand is not your own

I would give you examples of money not your own,

Your School Fess

Its funny, but God is not interested in your school fees, go and pay it! I know How desperate you are about giving to ‘GOD’ but hey! Don’t give yet! As a matter of fact, we don’t give to God money, we give in furtherance of Kingdom projects, therefore, pay your fees, go to school, graduate, pick a job start earning, and then you will understand that the church always never runs out of a project to handle, then you can give and not put your self in trouble

This doesn’t stop you from making little financial commitments at your level from pocket-money and some extra cash that comes along, don’t touch your savings, it is meant for investment, if you don’t have anything to invest in, leave the savings to build up

Some folks have given their fees away to support ministry, and have used it as a way of challenging brethren to dare God and see, listen to me, I salute the courage of those who have done so, but hear me, don’t dare God, pay the school fees

I have used part of my fees for ministry, and I know how long it took me to recover from that, Gods love for me didn’t stop me from learning my lesson, if you give your fees expecting a miracle, I can assure you just one thing, you will have to repeat a whole session, period!

God is not interested in your school fees, go and pay it! I know How desperate you are about giving to ‘GOD’ but hey! Don’t give yet! As a matter of fact, we don’t give to God money, we give in furtherance of Kingdom projects, therefore, pay your fees, go to school, graduate, pick a job start earning, and then you will understand that the church always never runs out of a project to handle, then you can give and not put your self in trouble

God doesn’t give first Class for giving your fees as burnt offering, hear me clearly, if you don’t read you will have glorious ‘Fs’ and for Jambites, stop sowing seeds to score 290, bend down and read, that’s the right seed to sow, HARD WORK

You don’t need a seed to supply simple answer, to simple question you have taken care of in your study

Don’t dupe your parents to support an ongoing church project anywhere, you don’t rob peter to pay paul, if you want them to support, call them and be straight, and they will respond

This also applys to text-book money

I heard pastor bankie one time say: ‘I would rather buy you a shoe if I see you need one, rather than give you the money because you might sow it as seed and still have no shoes’

Sounds funny but the truth here is, for every cash that comes into your hands, there is a purpose, and if it is used for something else, even if it be to buy God a gift, it is totally unacceptable, God loves order and he wants you to apply same

Remember I have not said DON’T GIVE, I only said, DON’T GIVE YET
